Session Policy


Session Time

  • Clients are recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the shoot start time if they need to get ready.
  • Clients must arrive ready to start the photoshoot at the scheduled time.

Photoshoot

  • The customer is responsible for makeup, hair, and family's wardrobe.
  • Please book a makeup artist and hairstylist or barber in advance as I do not do makeup or hair. Please arrive hair and makeup ready for your session.
  • It is recommended that you coordinate the outfit for everyone involved in the photoshoot.
  • Available Backdrops (Cocoa, White, Black, Green, and Yellow)

On-Location - Outdoor

  • Arrive dressed and ready for your photoshoot in the (first) outfit in which we will be taking photos.
  • If there’s more than one outfit, I have a changing tent that you can change in.

On-Location - Home

  • Make space for me to setup my equipment.
  • Clean, sweep and arrange the space so that unwanted items are not shown in the photos.

Payments and Deposits

  • An advance payment/retainer of 50% is required to reserve the photoshoot session.
  • The retainer/booking fee is non-refundable; it is transferable with a 72-hour notice.
  • The balance for the photoshoot is payable by the end of the photo session.
  • Payments can be made in cash and by e-transfer.

Late arrival, Cancellation, and No-show

  • If you will be late, please let me know in advance.
  • The session will end at the scheduled time.
  • There's a 15 minute grace period.
  • If you wish to extend your session based on your late arrival, there will be a $25 late fee per 20 minutes. This is only possible if there’s an open availability.
  • In case of a last-minute cancellation or no-show, the retainer paid will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know 72 hours before the session date.

Images FAQ

  • Will I get all of the images? You will receive the finalized edited images included in your package/collection.
  • To confirm how many final images you will be receiving, please review your package details.
  • Do you provide unedited images? We do not provide unedited images.
  • How will I choose my images? You will receive a watermarked proof gallery with the images that are available for selection.
  • Can I purchase more images? Yes, definitely.

Delivery

  • Portrait sessions:
  • The proof gallery for selection will be sent in approximately 7 business days from the photoshoot date.
  • Business Days are Monday to Friday. Weekends are not included in the editing time.
  • Once I receive your selection, the final images will be edited and finalized, and uploaded to your online gallery in approximately 10 business days of receiving your selection.
  • Event sessions:
  • The final edited gallery for events are sent within approximately 13 business days from the event date.
  • Brand sessions:
  • The proof gallery for selection will be sent within approximately 12 days from the photoshoot date.
  • The finalized images for brand sessions could take more time for galleries of more than 50 images. This will be communicated to you by email once the details are confirmed.
  • Mini Sessions
  • The delivery time will be confirmed to you directly.
  • If you would like your images by a specific date, please let me know in advance. I also recommend you book your session in advance to ensure you have them by your desired date.
  • Rush delivery is available for a fee. Rush is 3-5 days.
  • Always check your junk mail around the expected delivery time.

Products

  • Products are available à la carte (announcement cards, matted prints, display prints, photo box, wall art, canvas, album, business cards, and flyers).
